Psystar: Apple ago due to OpenMac

There are news from the front Psystar, the company famous for the production of OpenMac. In three months since the launch of the challenge, Apple has broken his silence in court citing the controversial company of Mac-clones.
Psystar is accused of violating several points of the licence to distribute Mac OS X, that it had amended copyrighted material, having sold without a licence and, last but not least, they used the trademarks owned by Apple Computer.
The timeliness of Apple in the defence of their rights and patents has always been proverbial, in which case the company is, however, move with considerable delay. Tanta slowness could be due notice of the importance of the issue: a judgement unfavorable for Apple could declare unlawful l ‘EULA Mac OS X.
