More news on the case Psystar: Apple not merely to sue the company of OpenMac but has requested the withdrawal of all machines already sold by April 2009.

Despite the Open Computers has been accompanied by an original copy of Mac OS X, Apple has declared that the operation remains illegal because the retail versions of the operating system updates are just running only on Apple machines are already equipped with Mac OS. There are news from the front Psystar, the company famous for the production of OpenMac. In three months since the launch of the challenge, Apple has broken his silence in court citing the controversial company of Mac-clones.

Psystar is accused of violating several points of the licence to distribute Mac OS X, that it had amended copyrighted material, having sold without a licence and, last but not least, they used the trademarks owned by Apple Computer.
