The Asus presented to the world its latest laptop, the Asus B80A, B50A successor to the Asus. Equipped with an LCD screen with a resolution WXGA + and a diagonal measurement of 14.1 inches, this note presents advantages as an Intel Core 2 Duo processor that may be the T9400, T5850, P8600 and P7350 have. With a maximum of 4Gb of RAM DDR2, the Asus has chosen to enter the B80A traditional hard drives, mounted on SATA, and that may have a capacity between 160GB and 250GB, depending on the model chosen by the user.
In addition, the Asus B80A also includes a DVD recorder, a Webcam to 1.3 megapixels and a battery of 6 cells. But not all: when it comes to wireless communications can count on the usual module WiFi and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR and in terms of the multimedia Asus B80A provides an HDMI output.

It was through the CEO of Asus, Jerry Shen that we know that the Asian firm’s plans for the near future and more specifically what you have in mind for the Eee PC range. It was confirmed for him that Asus will launch by mid 2009 a new Eee PC with a touch screen entirely and that run on the future windows 7.
Most probably this will be a kind of miniature TabletPC but even the best is to wait and see what the Asus in reserve, which should happen during next year’s CES.

I do not know if they got your attention among the other developments, but the MacBook Event Apple did indeed emphasized that the new MacBook had achieved certification EPEAT Gold, which in theory puts them among the most green technological devices on the market. However, it is not enough for Greenpeace. According to Casey Harrell, the department of Greenpeace toxics, “Compared to how it was Apple before Tuesday [Oct. 14], their laptops are definitely better. That in itself is good. But not yet removed all the pieces toxic. ”

Apple, during a press conference, held this week, announced to the world a remodeled version of its smallest and lightest notebook ever. MacBook Air, when it was presented, has great enthusiasm because of its small size and extreme lightness. But as this has been for some time, it was already time to upgrade from Apple Air range and was what he did.

It defies the conventions of Apple. Until now, each brand had a very different stylistic identity: MacBook Pro, MacBook Air or PowerBook open aluminum finish, while the iBook and MacBook were shiny white plastic. But all this is now history. With their new manufacturing process “unibody”, the new portable public Apple look like their counterparts for professionals? In a word, yes. The new MacBook looks like the new MacBook Pro, smaller. Literally. If there was no mention MacBook, you could not tell the difference unless you look closely at the ports on the side.
