Bandai will launch in Japan a SmartPhone for children. If it is more a toy than a real mobile handset, SmartBerry, which is mainly aimed at girls aged between 6 and 9, has some advanced features that appeal to the geek in grass skirt and pink.

It proposes four main functions including a communication that allows users to exchange messages and chat with three of his friends at most, equipped with the same device and this within a radius of 30 meters (there will forget that it is possible to talk so closely without going through a machine?) Smart Berry also proposes to look after a pet, a kind of tamagotchi evolved which can be exchanged with friends.

Several games are also available, along with tools of its kind allarme and agenda. On sale in Japan for 10260 yen or 60 euros.

LG electronic released its handset ‘KS360’ in Europe market. It is dubbed as a ‘Messenger Phone’ which is especially designed for youngsters. Since, they almost use mobile phones for emailing, texting as well as social networking.

This new Messenger Phone adopts a full sliding qwerty keyboard along with round buttons. However it has no touch-enabled screen but has a 2.4 inch TFT touchscreen display. Apple launched its new ‘3G iPhone’ on Friday morning for 22 countries. These new iPhone adopts all new features of iPhone along with 3G networking that is just double fast from first generation iPhone. iPhone 3G offers fast access facility of Internet and email to users over their cellular network. It supports Wi-Fi, EDGE and 3G networks along with automatically switches between them. For data and voice connectivity around the world, iPhone 3G has quad-band GSM and tri-band HSDPA.
At present, iPhone 3G is available in 22 countries including Australia, Belgium, Denmark, France, Hong Kong, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Portugal, Sweden, UK, US, Switzerland, Spain, Norway, Netherlands, Japan, Ireland, Germany, Finland, Canada and Austria. The price of new iPhone 3G is $199 in the US for 8GB model while you will have to pay $299 for 16GB. Apple’s new 3G iPhone will be available later in other countries.

Verizon is going to launch its ‘Chocolate 3’ a new music-centric device in the market. The first two LG Chocolate phones VX8500 and VX8550 were sliders. This new Chocolate 3 (VX8560) will be a clamshell. It is coming in two different colors Black and Light Blue.
Chocolate 3 features are 1GB of internal memory, 1.76″ 176×220 pixel external display along with navigation wheel; it supports microSDHC up to 8GB. New VX8560 model adopts 2MP camera, 3.5mm headset jack, 2.2″ internal QVGA display, stereo speakers and Bluetooth. Chocolate 3 is the first Verizon device that has integrated FM Transmitter. Its suggested price is around $299.

LG Electronics launched 3 new mobile phones-the LG Chocolate, LG Dare and LG Decoy. LG unveiled Bluetooth handset ‘Decoy’ in U.S. market through Verizon Wireless. LG’s new Bluetooth handset, ‘Decoy’ supports mp3 playback, 2M camera and an external memory. Decoy may be available on June 16th.
The LG Dare has touch screen, another features are V CAST, 3G, 3.2Megapixel camera and VZ Navigator. LG Chocolate is a slim flip style music phone. It includes 1GB of memory, a FM Tuner, a 2.0MegaPixel Camera, dual speakers, V CAST Music library access and Bluetooth.
